Voice broadcasting is the easiest way to find new customers. Nowadays, it is used by anyone who wants to convey a message to a large audience. This technique is nothing more than sending a phone call to multiple numbers at the same time. It prevents the need to make multiple calls to convey a message to the masses. These days, this technique is used by candidate of elections to make their stand clear to the voters and thus enabling them to get more votes. There are various laws that govern the use of Voice broadcasting for any purpose.

These laws vary from country to country. Here are a few things regarding these laws that you need to know before you start using Voice broadcasting. It is very important that you take note of these rules as the judicial system is strict regarding this because of the rise in complaints from the customers and also due to various illegal businesses that are promoted with the aid of this technique.

Basically, the law requires you to send pre-recorded messages only to those subscribers who have signed an agreement stating that they are open to such calls. According to the law, no pre-recorded phone messages should be sent regarding health services that are under HIPAA. Calls asking for charity and such donations are also prohibited by law.

Rules regarding voice broadcasting allow a business firm to make pre-recorded calls to its previous customers without a signed agreement regarding the reception of such calls. Most of the above said laws do not pertain to informational calls, calls made by election candidates, warning calls, calls made by non profit organisations asking for donations for its projects.

If you want to send a message regarding your business organisation, your organisation has to be licensed and should be legal. You have to make sure to avoid 'do not call numbers' from your call list. Otherwise, you will be running the risk of having to face legal implications.

If your call list includes international numbers, make sure that you follow international laws regarding voice broadcasting. The rules differ with country and you will have to take a close look at the clauses before you can launch your message to the masses. You have to please your customers whether they buy the product or not, since you will land in deep trouble once too many complaints are lodged against the call. Always have a legal adviser with you before you start advertising using voice broadcasting. He or she will be able to point out the legal implications and thus will be able to save you from problems that may arise in the future.
