As a limo driver for a Ft Myers limo company in South Florida, I have picked up many people at the airport on the way to their hotel destinations for a vacation with loved ones to escape from the daily grind of the physical world. Many people have asked what beaches are the best. I have my favorites, and I don't mind sharing a little local data to help them enjoy their stay. Here is some of what I have shared with clients, and you can gain benefit from this too.

Beaches in Southwest Florida are enriched with a lot of sights, activities, and history. Many individuals have found their vacation pleasing enough to at last move from their hometowns, making Naples, FL and Cape Coral, FL some of the top-retiring communities in the state. Gorgeous waterways beguile many visitors and let them take home valuable memories.

Siesta Key beach located in Sarasota Florida has incredibly soft sugar sand making this beach a remarkable getaway. The water was refreshingly saltier, and it seemed as if floating in water was easier as well.

Annually, all across southwest Florida, local beaches hold diverse festivals, parades, and social gathering events. The town of Fort Myers Beach holds a yearly sand sculpting competition and a Shrimp Festival to excite neighbors and motivate a better community. And those events leave tourists thrilled with not simply the well-tended beaches, but also the extraordinary community disposition.

To the south of Fort Myers Beach is the Travel Channel's fourth best rated beach, Lover's Key State Park. As a paid public beach, Lover's Key is extraordinarily clean and showered with seashells that light exposing waves carried inland. Also renowned for its great romantic seclusion, it pulls the love of couples, both young and old alike. Picnic tables and playing areas can be found on many of the beaches, making certain that everyone in the family can have a real fun time. Especially when all you really want to do is bask in the warm winter rays.

Very embedded in this region is its Fishing Industry. Many industrious families try and make a way of living of catching the rewards of Florida waters. If it is commercial fisheries catching a small load to sell to local fish market or guided charter adventures off of the Florida coast, fishing holds the guts of the sunshine state. Tourism helps lead the state to more revenue and growth welcoming all beach fanatics down here from wherever they live. Enjoy the wonders of open waters. Nice warm winter weather. And a list of many things to remind you that in Southwest Florida, you are in heaven.
